Class 2 Electrical Insulating Mat – Standard Compliance

We manufacture Class 2 electrical insulating mats in accordance with the international standard PN-IEC 61111:2009/A1:2004.

Each roll is supplied with a test report confirming the dielectric (voltage) test.

Chemical and Environmental Resistance

The electrical insulating mat is tested in accordance with PN-IEC 61111. The product demonstrates resistance to:

sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) — 23°C / 8 h
oil No. 1 — 70°C / 24 h
low temperature — −25°C / 1 h

Dimensions and Construction

The electrical insulating mat is manufactured as standard in grey colour and supplied in rolls with the following parameters:

width: 1220 ± 25 mm
length: 1.00–8.0 m
thickness: 5 ± 0.5 mm

Front side: ribbed (anti-slip)

Back side: smooth or with fabric-imprint finish

Limitations of Use
