As a result of R&D work carried out under a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the Regional Operational Programme of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014–2020, entitled “Research on the Development of Innovative Technological Solutions by Zakłady Chemiczne Spółdzielnia Pracy for the Automotive Industry,” we have developed a product intended for automotive applications.

The product complies with the requirements of UN Regulation No. 118 “Uniform technical prescriptions concerning the flammability of materials used in the interior construction of certain categories of motor vehicles and their resistance to fuels or lubricants [2020/241],” which are compatible with ISO 3795, FMVSS 302, BN-80/3601-02 and UL 94.

We offer the product either as an unvulcanised rubber compound for use in the customer’s own moulding and vulcanisation (crosslinking) process, or as a vulcanised NBR/CR sheet, smooth on both sides, in thicknesses from 3 mm to 5 mm.
